Methodology
Five preparation stages as reported in the research report, with their values and units. This describes the study; it is not a home recipe or a complete operating protocol.
Preparation

What the source does not state
The site does not present an oxygen level, heating rate, equipment list, or additional times not stated in the source. When such details become available in a publication-approved version, they will be added in place with their source.
A necessary distinction
Preparation ≠ analyses ≠ plant experiment
Preparation describes how the material was produced. Analyses describe sample properties. The plant experiment measures cowpea response. Each part has its own source and limits.
