Inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your email, subject and message text are stored in the site database and read only by the admin team. Inquiries are never published or used as testimonials or FAQs.
Assistant and chat
Conversations are kept in the browser session by default and can be cleared. Question text is not fed into general analytics.
Audio
The site requests microphone permission only when you press the record button. Raw recordings are not stored by default, and temporary files are cleaned up on success, failure and cancellation.
What the site does not do
No advertising tracking, no session recording, and no analytics that store chat or audio content.
